Your registration for attending the 32nd Annual International Conference includes:

  • Morning coffee, continental breakfast, luncheons and refreshments
  • Conference proceedings in electronic format and speaker handouts
  • Any planned cocktail receptions

  • Book store admittance
  • Exposition hall admittance

SPECIAL NEEDS:
If you require special attention to fully participate in the conference, PDMA fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act rules and regulations. If any participant in the conference is in need of special accommodations, please submit a written request of your needs to the attention of: PDMA Meeting Manager, 15000 Commerce Parkway, Suite C, Mt Laurel, NJ 08054.

PAYMENTS:
Payments must be received by August 29, 2008 and can be paid by check, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Please make checks payable to the "Product Development & Management Association" and write the name of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. If payment has not been received by August 29, 2008 your registration will be considered as onsite registration.

Please indicate whether you are eligible for a discount using your distinct priority code. *No two discounts can be combined, and teams must register at the same time in order to receive the team discount. If attendee is eligible for more than one discount, the higher discount will be calculated. Discounts are applied to the prevailing rate. Discounts do not apply to the 2-day Academic Research Forum.

CANCELLATIONS:
Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform PDMA in writing and a full refund less a $395 non-refundable deposit will be issued upon written request by either email, fax or mail. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after August 29, 2008. Substitutions of enrolled attendees may be made at any time. If for any reason PDMA has to cancel this conference, PDMA does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.


HOTEL & TRAVEL:

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
IMPORTANT UPDATE: OUR ROOM BLOCK IS ALMOST SOLD OUT. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE, PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW.

Attendees can make their hotel reservations by calling Walt Disney World Group Reservations at 407-824-3869, and any representative there will be able to assist you. Remember to mention that you are with the PDMA Conference. 

In order to secure your hotel stay under PDMA's discounted room block at $189/night (plus tax), we recommend that all attendees stay at the conference venue, which is the Contemporary Resort. Please note that the PDMA discounted room rate will not be acknowledged at other Disney properties.

TAXI SERVICE:
Taxi service from Orlando Airport to the Contemporary Resort costs approximately $70 - $75.

DISNEY'S MAGICAL EXPRESS SERVICE:

As an additional benefit to attending a meeting at the Walt Disney World Resort you can save on taxi fare (a $70 to $75 cost each way) by taking advantage of the Disney Magical Express Service, and receive complimentary round trip transportation from the Orlando International Airport. No need to worry about baggage claim as your luggage will be delivered directly to your room. Please note this service does make multiple stops and may take up to an hour from your original to final destination (depending on flight arrival time).

CONFERENCE DRESS CODE:
Casual and comfortable attire is suggested. We recommend bringing a sweater, as the conference rooms may be cool.
