REGISTRATION TERMS AND PAYMENTS: Registration will not be processed without payment in full. Payments can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Please indicate whether you are eligible for a discount using your distinct priority code. *No two discounts can be combined, and teams must register at the same time in order to receive the team discount. If attendee is eligible for more than one discount, the higher discount will be calculated. Discounts are applied to the prevailing rate. Discounts do not apply to the 2-day Research Forum.PAYMENT BY CHECK: Make checks payable to the "Product Development and Management Association" and write the name of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. DOWNLOAD THE REGISTRATION FORM HERE CANCELLATIONS: Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform PDMA in writing and a full refund less a non-refundable deposit will be issued upon written request by email, fax or mail. The non-refundable deposit for Conference cancellations is $395 and the non-refundable deposit for Research Forum cancellations is $50. All Access Pass cancellations are considered a Conference cancellation. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after October 9, 2009. Substitutions of enrolled attendees may be made at any time. If for any reason PDMA has to cancel this conference, PDMA does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS AND TRAVEL: Attendees can make their hotel reservations online at Disneyland Hotel Reservations or by calling the Disneyland Hotel at 714-520-5005. Remember to mention that you are with the PDMA Conference.
In order to secure your hotel stay under PDMA's discounted room block at $179/night (plus tax and $12 resort fee per night), we recommend that all attendees stay at the conference venue, which is the Disneyland Hotel. Please note that the PDMA discounted room rate will not be acknowledged at other Disney properties. The cut-off date to secure a room in the discounted room block at the Disneyland Hotel is Friday, October 9, 2009 at 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Your Health and Safety Are Our Priority
AIRPORT INFORMATION: John Wayne Airport is 13.7 miles or 16-35 minutes from the hotel. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 32.8 miles or 40 minutes to 1 hour from the hotel.
TAXI SERVICE: Taxi service from John Wayne Airport to the Disneyland Hotel costs approximately $35 - $45 and taxi service from Los Angeles International Airport costs approximately $90 - $120. All prices are one-way quotes.

Super Shuttle: PDMA has arranged discounted transportation with SuperShuttle to and from the Los Angeles International Airport and the John Wayne Airport. Please note that this is a shared ride. John Wayne Airport: $9 one way Los Angeles International Airport: $14 one wayDISNEYLAND RESORT EXPRESS SERVICE: As an additional benefit to attending a meeting at the Disneyland Hotel, you can save on taxi fare by taking advantage of the Disneyland Resort Express Service. The Disneyland Hotel is the first stop once the Disneyland Resort Express leaves the airport. Travelers can purchase tickets for the Disneyland Resort Express upon boarding. Please note that the traveler is responsible for his or her luggage.
DISNEYLAND THEME PARK TICKETS: Discounted tickets to the Disneyland theme park may be purchased in advance. Specialty-priced one-day and multi- day theme park tickets are available. Tickets are valid from 10/27/09 - 11/09/09. Discounted tickets must be purchased by 9:00 p.m. PST on 10/26/09.
