ABOUT THE ARIZONA BILTMORE:
Built as one of Phoenix’s first resorts in 1929, the 39 acre Arizona Biltmore was constructed in grand form by brothers Albert, Charles and Warren McArthur. Frank Lloyd Wright served as the consulting architect, and the Arizona Biltmore, or “The Jewel of the Desert,” remains one of the only existing hotels in the world to benefit from his influence. The non-profit Urban Land Institute even recognized the Arizona Biltmore with its Heritage Award of Excellence in part due to the resort’s architectural integrity.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Call the Arizona Biltmore directly at 800.950.0086 and request the group rate for the Product Development and Management Association. Discounted room rates of $189 single/double, plus tax, are available until Friday, October 14 or until the group room block fills up, whichever occurs first. An advance deposit (first and last night) is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits are refundable up to seven days in advance of your arrival date; after that, the deposit is not refundable. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable for prepayment.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. A $50 early departure fee will apply to any guest checking out before his or her scheduled departure date.
The room rate includes: Guest room high-speed internet access, Biltmore Spa and Fitness Center admittance, unlimited local telephone calls, long-distance access fees (no charge for credit card, toll free and collect calls), complimentary use of the putting course, complimentary shuttle to/from the Biltmore Fashion Park, and a morning newspaper.

HOTEL PARKING:
The Arizona Biltmore has ample parking on-site for those who will be driving to the hotel. Please be advised there is a per day rate imposed by the hotel of $12.00 to park in the lot.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:
Located less than 30 minutes away, the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport provides easy access for those flying in for the conference. Taxis, limousines, shuttles, buses, and vans can be arranged to transport you and your group from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The SuperShuttle Shared-ride Van Service provides economical transportation to and from the Arizona Biltmore ($15 per person, each way). Book online at www.supershuttle.com and enter the discount code 4SGBR to save $4.00 off your round-trip fare ($13 per person, each way). This discount is available online only; gratuity is not included. A $1.00 booking fee will apply to reservations booked by a SuperShuttle agent.
Upon Arrival
Claim your luggage and proceed outside to the sign marked “Shared Ride Van Service.” Provide the SuperShuttle agent with your name and online confirmation number, and they will arrange service to the Arizona Biltmore.
Upon Departure
Please gather your luggage and be ready at the hotel’s designated shuttle/taxi pickup location.
The SuperShuttle will arrive within 15 minutes of the pickup time you selected when you booked online.
