Dr. Bitner holds the PetSmart Chair in Services Leadership at Arizona State and is recognized as a pioneer in the field of services marketing. Drawing upon her expertise in this area, Dr. Bitner will contribute a customer satisfaction and services perspective to this year’s discussion on product development.
