PDMA’s Annual Research Forum is the leading global conference on innovation research. PDMA is pleased to announce that Dr. Mary Jo Bitner will deliver the keynote presentation at the Annual Research Forum. Dr. Bitner holds the PetSmart Chair in Services Leadership at Arizona State and is recognized as a pioneer in the field of services marketing. Drawing upon her expertise in this area, Dr. Bitner will contribute a customer satisfaction and services perspective to this year’s discussion on product development.
