Discounts:
Please contact PDMA at pdma@pdma.org or 800.232.5241 for a discount code if you belong to one of the following eligible groups. Please note that discounts do not apply to the two-day Annual Research Forum, the one-day conference option for October 31 or any optional tours or events. You must contact PDMA before you register; refunds cannot be made if you register without your code. No more than one discount (the largest available to the registrant) will apply.
Discount-eligible categories include:
- Member of the PDMA Board of Directors
- Sending a team of three or more individuals from the same company (teams must register at the same time for the discount to apply)
- A new member of PDMA
- A speaker at this conference
- Individuals from a past or present OCI Award-winning company
- An academic, student or government employee
- A PDMA International Affiliate or Chapter President
SPECIAL NEEDS:
If you require special attention to fully participate in the conference, PDMA fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act rules and regulations. If any participant in the conference is in need of special accommodations, please indicate what is needed in the appropriate space on the registration form.
REGISTRATION TERMS AND PAYMENTS:
Registration will not be processed without payment in full. Payments can be made by check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Please indicate whether you are eligible for a discount using your distinct priority code (see Discounts, above, for more details).
CANCELLATIONS:
Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform PDMA in writing by email, fax or mail and a full refund less a non-refundable deposit will be issued. The non-refundable deposit for Conference cancellations is $395 and the non-refundable deposit for Annual Research Forum cancellations is $50. All Access Pass cancellations are considered a Conference cancellation. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after September 30, 2011. Substitutions of enrolled attendees may be made at any time. If for any reason PDMA needs to cancel this conference, PDMA does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content is subject to change without notice.
